Oxyshred is not only an effective fat burner but a DAILY supplement for me. I take this first thing in the morning to give me an energy boost and enhance my mood. It’s also an effective appetite suppressant so it helps me keep my hunger in check. Finally; all of the flavours are absolutely delicious with my personal favourite being Passionfruit.
PSI is a non stimulant pre workout designed to mix with another stimulant (like RPMax or Oxyshred) or just to have on its own for those sensitive to caffeine. This is a vasodilator, meaning it dilates the blood vessels and promotes more blood flow to the muscles (epic muscle pump). I have my best workouts using this product and can’t go past kiwi strawberry!
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are the building blocks of protein that support the recovery process. I take at least one scoop every workout to aid in recovery and provide muscular endurance to prolong the intensity of the workout. I have a serious addiction to the flavour Mango and have literally gone through countless tubs!
